Ian was Amazing to work with! I am getting ready to start a tenant finish out for my business on Historic St. Charles Main St and some of the areas/materials became a questionable health risk to my construction team. Ian was able to quickly fit me into his schedule, and was prompt and friendly while examining the building and explaining potential concerns. He was able to get all the tests I needed done during his visit and had the results back the next day. He even called to make sure I understood the results and to see if I had any follow-up questions. I will def be using Ian again for any of my building concerns!!!
